Philip is a results-oriented Chief Operating Officer with extensive experience in managing end-to-end operations within the electric mobility and automotive dealership sector. Responsible for driving operational excellence, efficiency, and scalability in an Electric Vehicle (EV) Dealership, ensuring seamless coordination across procurement, logistics, sales, after-sales service, and infrastructure deployment functions.

He demonstrates strong leadership in optimizing supply chain systems for the importation and distribution of electric vehicles under CKD (Completely Knocked Down) and CBU (Completely Built-Up) frameworks. Oversees fleet deployment programs, workshop operations, spare parts management, and technical service delivery to ensure high vehicle uptime and customer satisfaction.

He plays a central role in executing the company’s operational strategy by establishing performance management systems, strengthening internal controls, and implementing cost-efficiency measures. Experienced in coordinating EV charging infrastructure rollout in collaboration with energy providers and technical partners to support sustainable fleet operations.

Philip works closely with the CEO and Board to translate strategic objectives into measurable operational outcomes, while managing multidisciplinary teams across sales, technical services, logistics, and customer support.
